2. Collection, use and disclosure of collected personal data
We do not require visitors to register or provide information to view our site. We do not collect any personal information about you except if explicitly requested.
However, there are circumstances for which you can choose to provide your personal data such as:
Recruitment: the personal data contained in your CV, the data that you fulfil through our website, as well as all data that could be generated because of your participation in a recruitment process. Transmitted data will be used exclusively for recruitment and will not be transmitted to other parties. The candidates are asked not to provide any irrelevant information on their CVs.
Reference check: as part of our skills verification process, we may contact some candidate references to testify of the skills and experience of a candidate currently involved in a recruitment process with us. In that case we will collect the name, email, role and company of the reference being contacted.
Contact: the data collected from You within the contact form (last name, first name(s), and email address) are collected to contact you back. In each cases, if you choose to give us your e-mail address or a phone number, we will communicate with you via your transmitted choice.
Suggest an event: the data collected within this form allow us to take part in an event following a request from a student, or to trainings following a request for an association or sponsoring purpose.
Downloading documents: the data collected (email, name, surname and job title) may be necessary for the downloading of documents. If you do not provide the requested personal data, you will not be able to benefit from the several features offered by our websites.
Chatbot: the use of our chatbot may require registration, requesting certain details, such as your name and email address. We also collect your IP. All comments could be broadly available to our internal services concerned.
We do not usually seek sensitive information (e.g., data relating to race or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal record, physical or mental health, or sexual orientation) from visitors or candidates.

Mantu Group refers to the global organization and may refer to one or more of the Company’s entities of the Group, each of which is a separate legal entity. 5. Data retention period
Your data will be retained within our dedicated candidate database. We will retain your Personal Data for a period of four years from your application, from the last sourcing of your profile on the job boards used by our recruitment teams, or from the last registered contact with you, unless You have exercised your right of deletion of mentioned above prior to the end of the data retention period.
We may also retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
At the end of the retention period, we will proceed to the anonymization of your data. Such anonymization is performed in such a way that your identification is then no longer possible.

Furthermore, the Data Protection Officer is supported by a dedicated team made up of members from the different departments involved.
