Mantu, an independent international consulting player, has joined forces with Athleo Sport, which supports top-level athletes at every stage of their careers. The organization assists athletes in their search for sponsorship and patronage, helps identify and maintain potential partnerships, and also helps build their professional lives after sport, notably by enabling them to access various corporate functions.
Mantu, which brings together 10,000 talented people in over 60 countries, thus confirms its commitment to developing and diversifying its teams by welcoming talents from all backgrounds, and with exceptional potential. This commitment is in line with Mantu’s strategic plan, Pioneer I, one of the components of which deals with issues linked to the future of work and the reinvention of career paths.
Since 2020, Athleo Sport has been highlighting the skills and aptitudes developed by athletes during their careers, such as perseverance, leadership and stress management, which are transferable to the professional world, offering real added value to companies. The structure, created by Gary Florimont, a professional basketball player, has helped more than twenty athletes from different disciplines: Alexandra Recchia (karate), Fatou Diouck, Lionel Coloras and Bineta Ndiaye (volleyball) and Lamine Kante (basketball).
